  • Spectators Pop Up Kitchen

    We have a new Pop Up Kitchen that can be hired to cater off site at major events, festivals and private functions. The trailer has been fitted out with a two deck pizza oven, fryer and grill plate and will be serving quick fire meals of, burgers, fries, pizza and tasty salads with a coffee option following shortly.

Terms and Conditions

NEW – FREE Game Day Parking 

  • To ensure you have your card for Game Day you are strongly encouraged to sign up at Spectators so you instantly receive your card
  • Car park opens 2 hours before the game starts
  • You must show your Spectators card to the parking attendant to gain entry
  • There are plenty of spaces available but it is first come first served
  • Entry to the carpark is off Wrights Road
  • Addington Raceway extends the right to cancel the free car parking at any stage. In the unlikely event that this happens you will be notified in advance via email.

About Spectators

Spectators is a bar and bistro, located on the ground floor of the Metropolitan Stand at Addington Raceway & Events Centre, Canterbury’s leading multipurpose racing and events centre.  It is located next door to (and shares a car park with) Christchurch Stadium and Horncastle Arena.

Offering a comfortable and friendly environment, there is lots of FREE parking at the door and opens out onto the Lindauer Lawn – the perfect beer garden spot.  It is where sports supporters warm up and cool down and offers pre and post show dining, giving you the complete performance.

Spectators – great food, tasty brews and awesome views!
